For the overseas removal, OTC global GmbH uses its network, its agencies abroad and also its own employees in some countries. Door to door Transport and Removal solutions are possible with the combination of international sea freights, pre and onward transport with suitable and cost-effective means of transport.

Process Flows

For OTC global GmbH, the transport and removal services begin with the analysis of transport assignments, determination of volume and the required services like packaging service, assembling and disassembling of furniture, delivery, customs handling, insurance and other documentation. For this purpose, OTC offers telephonic consultation and free survey. This service shall be also offered abroad. Your requests and the special requirements of loading shall be analysed along with you; Container size, export package, loading and required storage shall be planned and organised after  this analysis.

Customs- and additional services

Your removal shall be received by our agents for the customs clearance and transported to the destination after customs exemption. Corresponding to the order, other services right up to the complete service (unloading, assembly and waste disposal of packing material) shall be carried out.

Obviously, transport is possible only up to the port of entry. In-house services, like partial packaging, are also considered.
