The residence permit can be extended once for six months by the Migration authority (Dirección Nacional de Migraciones).
The Business Visa
You can apply for Business Visa to every consulate or Republic of Argentina. With this visa, which is ideally in the electronic form, you are allowed to stay in the country for maximum 60 days. Moreover, you must provide a proof of your business activity at the place of residence. For example, that can be a letter from your employer. Hotel reservations for the complete stay or round trip reservations are accepted.
